He is the ruler of the Xenophobia army, and his only goal is universal domination. Everything about him is completely unknown, all that is known is that his fortunes are very, very vast, thanks to his slave and planet trade. To top it all off, he's one of the greatest robotists in the galaxy, and even designs many of the robots seen in his service. Uh oh. Despite his name, he is not Xenophobic. It was an unfortunate name he inheritied. He appearently has a family history, a relief to Galaxy Corps, as makes it likely that Xenophobia is mortal.
