A while back I ran a contest for villians to include in Chapter 3, and I had a fair few entries to be sure!
Unfortunately due to the amount of entries - for obvious reasons I cannot include every design submitted to me - altough i'll do my best!
There are only really 2 distinct winners in the contest - other winners will make up the army.
There are changes made to everyone's original designs and backstories to better fit the Cosmic Hero universe. - Mostly creaming off the unnessercery (after all, some of these entries will become redshirts, ^_^;)
Entries are also assigned alliengences - Xenophobia or the new Marauders - a fanatical group led by the deadly Ghost, and the polictical mastermind Count Darvwin "Electros".

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q : Why's my character been altered/has less powers than before?
A : Theres already a main villian. Three in fact. They're powerful enough. Besides, it's not like i've totally nerfed your character's original powers.

Q : Why did you simplify my design?
A : Artistic reasons. I draw Cosmic Hero mostly from memory, so I can't have a character too complex otherwise i'll start missing out vital details in design.


Q : Why is my character on the maybe list?
A : Because I haven't come up with a story for it yet.

Q : Hey! I submitted! Where's my character on the list?!
A : Er... whoops. I DID loose some of the entrys... It's not too late. Email or otherwise contact me.

Q : Why do certain characters have higher ranks than others if they're equal place?
A : Storyline reasons. I've figured out what each character does in the storyline. The "Commanders" simply got placed into those persitions.
